The data controller is the Municipality of Castelluccio Valmaggiore, acting as lead municipality of the project, based in Piazza Marconi n. 1 in Castelluccio Valmaggiore (Fg), CAP 71020 to which it is possible to apply to assert its rights as enshrined in sections 3 and 4 of the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The treatments connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned office. The identification data of the users are only handled by the technical staff of the offices authorized for processing.

The information collected will in no case be communicated to third parties, except for the provision of the services requested, in the cases provided for by law, during a legal proceeding, or for reasons of public interest.
